I am a pharmacist born in Brazil and living in Denmark since 2008. I am the owner of an independent house (villa) of 4 bedrooms besides the other common standards rooms with an extensive garden around the entire house. The total built area is ~280 m2 (3 levels - basement, ground and 1st floor). I live in this house together with my Brazilian husband who is a psychologist having his clinic office at our place. We are looking for a female tenant older than 27 years, who is able to keep the tidiness and respect towards us while is extremely social and friendly.
