I am an avid traveler and passionate lover of the arts—whether it’s music, cooking, painting, or sculpture. As a chef, I honed my craft at the prestigious Cordon Bleu in Paris. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of exploring the world and working in various extraordinary places: one year in St. Croix (USVI), three years in Los Roques (Venezuela), one year in Mallorca, seven years in Paris where I owned the renowned "Bobolie Coffee" seafood restaurant, and four years in Valencia, where I established a portside restaurant and collaborated with the 32nd America's Cup.
I’m also a proud father of three and happily married to my talented German wife, a painter whose artwork graces much of our home. We now live in the beautiful Chianti region, near Florence, where I continue to draw inspiration from the art, culture, and culinary traditions around me.
