The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment. The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes. In the additional required cost, there is an amount of 70€/month which is the estimated monthly fuel heating cost for the winter period. (average heating period 7 months mid oktober - mid May, but this may vary) This amount is not applied in spring, summer and autumn, therefore an average of 70€ monthly is asked There is also a post Other Optional Fees 35€/month which represents the monthly tax due to the commune on furnished renting 3 to 11 months rentals: +20% (to be added to the shown amount) More than 1 person from start contract: +50 euros/months/person excluding utilities.
