The space is well organized and is equipped with a foldaway bed ready for use and easy to open, a marble bathroom with a spacious shower, wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, air conditioning. The central location, a few steps from Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers, will allow you to reach the main attractions of the city on foot. Towels and linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort.
