Only 20 minutes by public transportation to Bovisa university. Close by the flat you can also find tram stops and supermarkets. The apartment is really spacious and it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. The flat is on the ground floor and you can also use the common garden space. The flat is composed by one double room and 3 private rooms (so max. 5 people in the flat), there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a shared balcony and 3 restructured bathrooms. The double bedroom is composed of two comfortable single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with chairs and access to the internal garden! Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office.
