The flat itself is very conveniently located, with metro and train stations within less than 10 minute walk. In fact, the Porta Romana train and metro station is a 8 minutes. The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. Third floor with elevator. The flat is composed by two double rooms and one single bedroom (so max. 5 person in the flat); there are a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (2 fridge) with a shared balcony and dining area with dining table and TV where you can share meals with your flatmates. There are also 2 bathrooms. The flat is fully equipped: there is washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher etc.. The private bedroom is composed of a big double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desks with chair. Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. This rooms has a private balcony. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost.
