The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. First floor with elevator . The flat is composed by three double room and one private room(so max. 7 person in the flat), there are a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with TV where you can share moments with your flatmates and two restructured bathrooms. The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30.
