Situato nel cuore di Milano, al secondo piano di un elegante stabile con ascensore, l'appartamento è composto da due stanze e gode di una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e servizi. La casa, riservata ai non fumatori, è dotata di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, lavatrice e una cucina completamente attrezzata con forno, frigorifero/freezer, bollitore, piatti e stoviglie. Si informa che il sistema di climatizzazione della struttura si basa su un impianto di raffrescamento, pertanto non è possibile garantire temperature particolarmente basse. La zona notte può ospitare fino a 3 persone ed è composta da una camera matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una televisione per momenti di relax. Ti informiamo che al momento sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione della facciata dell’edificio, con la presenza di ponteggi esterni. Ci scusiamo per l’eventuale disagio e restiamo a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
