The apartment consists of two cozy and spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds that guarantee an optimal rest. The functional and well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances including microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer to prepare your favorite dishes with ease. The modern and practical bathroom completes the apartment's equipment with all the essential amenities. The Argonne 39 offers numerous services to make your stay pleasant and worry-free. Free WiFi will allow you to stay connected at all times. The television in the living room is perfect for moments of evening relaxation, perhaps after having prepared a dinner in the practical kitchen. The washing machine available to guests allows you to manage your laundry even during extended stays. Air conditioning is present only at the entrance, please note this if you book in the summer months. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, to ensure a healthy environment for all guests. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
