Great two bedroom flat in Gracia, a neighbourhood in Barcelona that is traditional, very charming and feels like a small village. It has many cafes, bars and parks with trees and shadows. The flat is also only a few minutes away from the metro stop Verdaguer. The flat has a very spacious and bright living room with a sofa that will instantly convert into a double bed, the kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the living room. The flat has plenty of storage. This flat is ideal for staycations, students or temporary contract professionals and is ready to welcome you! Please read the rental conditions before booking the flat. RENTAL CONDITION In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: €200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rent: The deposit is one month's rent - more than 6 months rent: the deposit is two months rent. BILLS: The bills mentioned in the advertisement are an estimate, at the end of your rental you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or refunded to you. CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to the email of each tenant and guarantor. Contracts must be digitally signed by all persons mentioned in the contract, including the guarantor. - The contract must be fully signed before check-in. CHECKIN: Tenants must arrive at our office with a valid ID Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm to pick up the keys. If check in is outside working hours or on weekends, an agent will be sent to the flat with the keys. A fee of 25 euros in cash will be charged for check-ins after 9pm and 40 euros after 11pm. Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:

- tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie
Hoe huur je deze woning
Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
