It's a convenient position also for Bovisa, thanks to the train stop "Milano Danteo" you can reach it in 30minutes. The double bedroom is composed of two single beds, two spacious wardrobes, a library, a desk with a chair. The apartment is on mezzanine floor. It's quite big and all the rooms will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. In the flat there are 4 rooms in total (two single rooms and two double rooms), an equipped and large kitchen, 2 bathrooms. There is a washing machine, TV, internet etc, fully equipped and ready to be lived in. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost.
