Just 1 minutes walking distance to metro stop Piola (green line), just 3 metro stop to Centrale and the city center. The apartment is really big and all the room will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. The double bedroom is composed by a two beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with chairs. This double bedroom has a private bathroom. In the flat there are 9 rooms in total and 4 bathroom (one is private for a double room). so you will share a bathroom each 3 person. There is also a nice living room and kitchen where you can cook and share moments with your flatmates. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office.
