Minimum contract duration is 3 months, can be renewed (max 6 à 7 months). Contract always starts on the first of the month and ends at the end of a month. Pets not allowed. No smoking in house. On the 1st floor of my house I have 2 spacious bedrooms (20m2) with single bed. On the 2nd floor of my house I have 1 bedroom (30m2) with double bed. Only 1 person/room. Unlimited fast WiFi in all rooms. Of course you also make use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, etc ... Around the house there is a spacious garden. During the summer you can use the BBQ and the garden furniture. The driveway to the house is closed with a gate and there are plenty of privative parking spaces (Free parking!!! ). You don't have a car? No problem, the house is located just behind the train station Ternat. Shopping facilities in the area are great: Aldi, Okay, Lidl, AD Delhaize supermarkets are within walking distance. Sports center, swimming pool, park, municipal services are also all within walking distance. You can use the entire house and garden. You rent more than just a room. Washer & dryer in the house. Duvet & sheets are incl. 390 € + 175 €* = 565 € = All-in price for the 20m2 room (* = Gas, water, electricity, unlimited internet) Only students "and I need proof" who are doing their internship or doing a master or doctorate exchange in an Erasmus Program.
