For arrivals from abroad, the contract is printed and handed over for signing upon arrival. • Communication throughout the stay in Catalan All administrative and contractual communications are conducted solely in Catalan. • Written inventory Descriptive inventory of the furniture and equipment in the property. • Security deposit in accordance with the law The security deposit is returned within the legally established timeframe. In case of deductions, these are always justified with official invoices or receipts. Translations are provided for informational purposes only. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Rentals up to 6 months: 1 month's rent Rentals longer than 6 months: 2 months' rent. UTILITIES: Water, electricity, and gas utilities are paid through a monthly fund. At the end of the rental contract, the actual consumption will be calculated, and the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly. CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to the email address of each tenant and guarantor. Contracts must be digitally signed by all individuals mentioned in the contract, including the guarantor. - The contract must be fully signed before check-in.
