Cozy and bright apartment located in a nice and quiet neighborhood that is well connected by public transport. The apartment is fully renovated and everything have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 4 bright double bedrooms , all of them with Air Condition, and also 2 complete bathrooms. For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The common areas are fully integrated in a single environment. You can enjoy and relax in the lounge which is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI. EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Electricity: 40€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 40€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
