Poblenou is the most colorful district of Barcelona, where you can find excellent cafes, bars and a huge variety of shopping center. This is a city where you can live between the city center and great beaches of Barcelona. This charming apartment is fully equipped and ready to receive new customers. The studio is very spacious and you have everything at your fingertips. The living room is nicely opened to the bedroom which contains a convenient closet. The kitchen is very modern and furnished and the bathroom is spacious. Please read the rental conditions before booking the apartment RENTAL CONDITION In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: €200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee For renting, students will need to provide guarantor information (should be their parents), while workers will be required to provide their three most recent payslips and their employment contract. Those self employed can show their tax d(hidden)ration. If you want to avoid showing any information, you can pay your rent + bills all together DEPOSIT: - Up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month - More than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent. BILLS: The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor. - Contract should be fully signed before checking in CHECKIN: Tenants to arrive at our office with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:
- meer dan 30 dagen in de toekomst ligt - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie
Hoe huur je deze woning
Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
