Hi. We offer four private rooms in a student collective inside a villa. This add is for the middle room (room nr 1). Windows in two directions. Includes a 140x200 cm bed, 1 bigger closet, 2 chests of drawers, a desk and a fire place. Suitable for 1, maybe 2 persons. The rent includes electricity, water, heat, wifi. No additional costs. There is a big friendly hearding dog and two cats living here, so you should'nt be super allergic or afraid of dogs. The house is located in South Sthlm. 25 min by commuter train to central Sthlm. Train leaves every 15 min. Its a comfortable and smooth ride, opposite to the metro. 8 min walk to the train (2 min by bus) and there is bikes to borrow. The last train leaves from the central city to here at 1.30 at night. After that you take the night bus. It takes 40 min becouse it passes many areas. It stops just a few meeters from the house though. Its not complicated in any way, but it doesnt make this plays optional for a party animal. This is a place for dedicated students. The environment is peaceful. Resturants, cafe, grocery store and a few gyms (one outdoor gym) is around the corner. An 'activety house' recently opened by the station. It has a library, quiet rooms, music and podcast studios, indoor sports arena, cafe .,and more. Accesseble for everyone. A forrest with running tracks and winter time ski tracks, a fresh water lake with sandy beaches and a sports field is around the corner. A big shopping mall is close. The train station and an even bigger mall is within walking distance. The country side and the archipelago with beaches and cliffs by the sea is a bus ride away. The kitchen has all necessary kitchen were. A modern stove, oven, dish washer, coffee machine, micro wave oven, blender and more. You have proper personal space in the fridge and in the freezer. 1 personal cabinet and 2 personal drawers. We provide with cloths, kitchen wipes and washing soap. The laundry room with access 10 hours a day, has a dryer, a washing machine and racks to hang clothes for drying. You can also dry your clothes on a rack in the garden. Washing detergent included. The 1st bathroom has a wc, washing basin, a mirror cabinet and a bigger cabinet with a personal shelf per room. Good ventilation. Toilet paper included. The 2nd bathroom has a shower with 1 shelve per room, a towel dryer and good ventilation. There is also a bath room on the upper floor. The living-room has a big corner sofa and a tv. The common streeming sites are included. The kitchen is connected to the living-room where the front door leads from here directly into the garden. The rent also includes cleaning and maintenance of all these common areas. There is also bikes to borrow. Me, and one, occationally two students live on the upper floor with a separate entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom. Both floors are connected by the washing room and eweryone is able to moove freely between the floors. There is also a spare room that can host visitors for short time staying. You can stay here as long as you need to and have your adress here. But we have a trial period for 6 month, before we extend to a long term contract. Its just to secure for everyone that lives here, that we wont end up with people not suited for living here. Its important to us that everyone feels at home here. So far i havent denyed anyone an extended contract. They've all been nice and social people. In our house you just pay the rent. Thats it. Then you study, cook and relax whithout having to think about anyting else....
