The Danube Canal - a nice promenade and promenade - is the border to the Inner City. Besides the proximity to the park and the center the immediate surroundings offer chic restaurants with much space for children, shopping, cultural entertainment in Muth (Vienna's most modern concert hall) and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary Museum. In Karmeliterviertel numerous restaurants offer wiener and international specialties. Jewish Local, supermarkets and synagogues testify to the (re) gaining strength Jewish community. The apartment (51m2) is newly renovated and furnished, very bright and friendly - also because it is located on the 5th floor and keeps you fit - because there is not lift.
