And because we live next to the house we are always ready to help you. DESCRIPTION The appartement is located on the 2nd floor of our house, the stairwell is common. The apartment is composed of: 2 bedrooms: -one bedroom with a single bed (or large bed if you prefere) and view on the garden, very quiet is to rent with large wardrobes, desk, chair, small bistro table, 1night table ; - the other bedroom is to rent also + 1 kitchenette + 1 bathroom (wc, washbasin, bath-shower). common places : -the kitchen: microwave oven, 2 electric cooking rings, fridge, dishes -bathroom: bath / shower, washing machine, bathroom sink, wc Wifi: very good connection. We live in the house but you will be completely autonomous, we just ask to respect our tranquility after 22.00. we can can provide beddings and towels IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE BOOKING PROCESS: Alongside your booking request, please send us the following documents. -Your passport or ID card -Acceptance letter of your school or firm in France -Passport or ID card of your guarantor (someone who'd be responsible for the rent in case you don't pay) -Proof of income of your guarantor (payslip, tax notice...) -Proof of address of your guarantor (electricity bills...): -Important information: If your documents aren’t in French, Spanish or English please highlight the information we need (name, income, address) en français: l'appartement est situé au 2ème étage de notre maison , la cage d'escalier est commune . L'appartement est composé de: 2 chambres + parties communes : 1 kitchenette +1 salle de bains (wc, lavabo, baignoire-douche). détails: -une chambre à louer avec lit 1 gigogne 2 personnes, bureau, penderie, table, chaises,.. -une seconde chambre côté place sera également disponible -la cuisine: four micro ondes, vaisselle, 2 plaques électriques, frigidaire, -salle de bains: baignoire/douche, lave linge, lavabo, wc, rangements nous pouvons vous prêter la literie (couettes, draps) et serviettes de toilettes wifi: très bonne connexion. Nous habitons dans la maison mais vous serez complètement autonomes, nous demandons juste de respecter notre tranquillité après 22.00....
