This is a very bright and spacious one bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the old buildings of Bologna. It is on the internal side of the building so very quiet. The apartment is situated near the train station and near the main high street. There is a large bedroom with a desk in an alcove next to the window. The washing machine is in a small utility area next to the bathroom. There is also a relaxing living area with sofa and armchair. There is everything you need for your stay in Bologna without bringing anything from home: kitchenware, bed linen, towels, hair-dryer, iron, wi-fi. etc. The rent includes everything, except electricity and hot /cold water. In order to stipulate the rental contract we ask for a copy of ID, a university invite/work contract/other reason for relocation to Bologna, also parental guarantee if you are a student.
