Als je binnen 24 uur na bevestiging annuleert: Volledige terugbetaling van de eerste maand huur.
Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:
- meer dan 30 dagen in de toekomst ligt - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- tussen de 30 en 15 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 14 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie
De kosten voor huurbescherming kunnen niet worden gerestitueerd.
