This delightful 95 m2 three-bedroom apartment in Valencia offers a bright, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay in this vibrant city. Situated on the 4th floor and easily accessible by lift, it’s the perfect home base whether you're here for work or leisure. The open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection. It features a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony, where you'll find a seating area ideal for lounging or enjoying a morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher to make cleanup easy, along with a washing machine and ironing equipment to take care of any laundry needs during your stay. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also includes a double bed, while the third has a single bed—making the space ideal for families, couples, or small groups. All beds are made up of complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. If you're travelling with a baby, a crib is also available for your convenience. Both bathrooms are stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, so you can settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. -Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
