It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is just 11 minutes from Las Arenas Beach on foot and 30 minutes from the heart of Valencia by metro. A perfect spot for small groups of friends or families of four who are visiting Valencia to enjoy the sun, sand, and cultural attractions. My home is located just an 11-minute from Las Arenas Beach. Additionally, it is near Veles e Vents and Mirador del Port. Marítim - Serríera is also nearby, only a 4-minute walk away. This location provides easy access to the metro (lines 5 and 7), which takes just 11 minutes or six stops to reach Valencia city centre. The apartment spans 100m2 and is fully furnished with all the essentials to make you feel at home. It features a comfortable living room where you can relax and unwind on the sofa, watch your favourite shows on the large TV, or enjoy a meal at the small dining table with four chairs. Although compact, the open kitchen in the living area is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped to prepare full meals. A washing machine is also provided so you can freshen up your clothes without visiting a laundromat. The largest bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the two other rooms contain single beds. All the beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom in the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to freshen up. Towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience. Rest assured; my apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. - Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. - Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). - Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. - Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
