The residence has two clearly differentiated buildings. 1- Casa Roja, which is our student accommodation in Salamanca with all the services and comforts to make you feel at home 2- Casa Nueva which are our student flats for those who want the independence of living in a flat. We have different types of rooms such as single, twodio and double rooms in the “Casa Roja” and single, twodio and clusters in “Casa Nueva“. All rooms have private bathroom and kitchen. Enjoy the living room, cinema, auditorium, gym, study rooms and our magnificent sports areas: paddle, football 7-a-side, basketball, swimming pool and tennis. We have a 24h/7 service and surveillance cameras to make you feel safe. In addition, you will have the freedom to come and go whenever you want from the accommodation. In your room, we clean and change the sheets on a weekly basis. ⭐Restaurant At the student accommodation in Salamanca, we take great care of the students’ food seven days a week. For this reason, we are committed to a balanced diet, prepared in our accommodation hall and always with fresh ingredients. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any kind of allergy or intolerance, we will adapt the menu to your needs. You can choose between Half board and Full board. 📍Location and Neighborhood The residence is very well connected with the whole city. The number 5 bus is just a stone’s throw away and will take you to the city centre, where you will have all the services you need for your day-to-day life: supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, even swimming pools and parks where you can relax, such as the Huerto de Calixto y Melibea. If you prefer to walk, in less than 20 minutes you will be in the city centre, where you can stroll through the emblematic historic centre of Salamanca while you enjoy an aperitif with your friends in the Plaza Mayor. 💢💢💢 🔸After the reservation is completed, you will be required to pay the deposit and other fees through our secure payment system...

Hoe huur je deze woning
Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.

- Voeg je ondersteunende documenten en betalingsgegevens toe om een potentiële betaling vooraf te autoriseren.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder je huuraanvraag accepteert, innen we de betaling om je verblijf te bevestigen. Als ze dat niet doen, annuleren we je betaling automatisch.
HousingAnywhere ondersteunt geen persoonlijke bezichtigingen. Iedereen heeft dus een gelijke kans om te huren, waar ter wereld je ook bent. Om je te helpen een weloverwogen beslissing te nemen, raden we je aan:

We houden alle betalingen vast die je via ons platform doet voor je intrek, inclusief de eerste maand huur en een eventuele borg. Na je aankomst heb je 48 uur de tijd om te controleren of de woning is zoals je had verwacht. We sturen je geld alleen naar de verhuurder als alles in orde is.
