It is equipped with a 4-burner electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, making it suitable for both short and long stays. - Bedrooms Both bedrooms have been designed with boutique-hotel comfort in mind, featuring a contemporary and cozy aesthetic. Suite: Queen-size bed (160x200), air conditioning, TV, and a quiet environment for a restful stay. Second bedroom: Double bed (150x190) in warm tones, soft lighting, and textile details that elevate the atmosphere. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
