The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine and has a closed-out balcony. The building also has 2 lifts for easy access. Room: This lovely and big room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a wardrobe and a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and a mirror. The room boasts a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room has extra space that is used like a living room, having its own sofa and TV. This room also has closed up private balcony facing the backside of the building which makes it by being less noisy in general. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements.
