The monthly price is 1400 PLN (approximately 320 EUR) and includes all bills: water, electricity, heating, and internet. There are no additional costs. The location is very convenient. Several Żabka convenience stores are nearby, including one just around the corner when leaving the building. A Biedronka supermarket is about 7 minutes walking distance. A tram stop is only 3 minutes away, with multiple lines offering quick access to many parts of the city, including the city center in just 10 minutes. A Fitness Academy gym is reachable in around 10 minutes on foot, and a pharmacy is only 2 minutes away. The apartment is well connected by tram to university dormitories and multiple faculties, which makes it an excellent choice for students. The flat is shared with international roommates from different regions, creating a multicultural and respectful living environment.
