The thoughtfully designed living area features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for two, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Step out onto your private balcony, an inviting spot to enjoy the fresh air with a morning coffee or evening drink. The sleeping area includes a double bed. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare simple meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs with ease. The modern bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. -Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
