One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom and the other bathroom is shared among 3 housemates. In addition, the flat has central heating and air conditioner. Its living room is spacious, with up-to-date furniture and an exterior balcony. Furthermore, the kitchen furniture is elegant and fully equipped: with oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing room with washing machine and an inner courtyard. Around 8 minutes walk from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus; a 4 minutes walk from the Faculty of Filosofía y Letras; aproximately 25 minutes walk from the Faculty of Law; a 10 minutes walk from the downtown and 50 metres away from the main bus stops. The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking).
