Note: I'm subletting the apartment as from 1:st of February to 31:st of May 2026. You will have the apartment to yourself. One room will be locked for storage of personal belongings, but the rest of the apartment is fully at your disposal, that is, one small bedroom, the kitchen, livingroom, balcony, bathroom. Preference: A female tenant, 28 years or older, with a valid work contract is preferred. Bedroom: Private room (8 m2) with flooring and curtains from 2020. Furnished with an IKEA Brimnes bed with storage (extendable to double, mattress from 2024), desk and chair, bookcase, stool, rugs, and orchids (which you’re welcome to keep or remove). Wall decorations include a city map of Gothenburg and other artwork. Storage is available outside the bedroom. The rest of the apartment is also furnished. The living room has a sofa, dining table, TV, and access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. You may also borrow duvets, pillows, towels, and bed linen if needed. Washing machines and dryers are available for free use in the building. Location – Majorna, Gothenburg, which is one of Gothenburg’s most charming and popular neighborhoods, just outside the city center. You'll find cozy cafés, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. The harbor is nearby, and you can see the Denmark ferry from the apartment windows. Slottsskogen park, perfect for walks and outdoor activities, is also close by. Public transport is excellent, with trams taking you directly to the archipelago. Järntorget is just two stops away, and the central station can be reached in about 10 minutes. Trams 3, 9, and 11 stop at Stigbergstorget (a 5-minute walk).
