It was fully renovated in August 2018 to a very high standard, has one bedroom, and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, near the upmarket area of Kolonaki and within walking distance to the city’s main square, this is an elegant home-away-from-home, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Set on the second floor of a typical Athenian block, the apartment consists of a stylish living room and an elegant double bedroom with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, as is the bathroom. There is a small balcony where you can take in Athens’ lively atmosphere while sipping your coffee, as well as two flat-screen TVs (one of them 55"). Just a couple of minutes’ walk away, you can find a number of bus stops. The underground metro station is 5 minutes’ walk away and serves blue line trains directly from the airport. You can hail a cab right in front of the apartment 24/7. The US Embassy is a short walk away as is Mavili Square, one of the coolest and most loved by locals. The square has some of the city’s best-known bars like Briki while Flower serves possibly the best pizza in the center of Athens and also delivers to the apartment. Just a few minutes’ walk down the road, near the Hilton hotel, you will find some of the city’s most renowned restaurants. At Megaron, Athens’ top-of-the-range concert hall, you will be able to attend a host of performances and exhibitions. You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment! We are permanently available to our guests for any issues that might occur, in order to make their stay pleasant. A detailed map with tips about places to visit, eat, and drink will be available to every single guest. We speak Greek, English, and Russian. The neighborhood is very quiet and everything is around the corner. The apartment is right next to the American Embassy and the music center “Megaron”. Near the house, there are plenty of restaurants for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Cafeterias, bakeries, restaurants, and stores (pharmacies, supermarkets, self-service laundry) are just around the corner. Buses to the center pass outside the house every 2 minutes. This means that in about 5 minutes you can be in the city center (Syntagma, Monastiraki, Acropolis, National Archaeological Museum Athens, etc.). But you can also walk to the city center. Please note that if you arrive between 21:00 and 23:00, a €15 late check-in fee will apply, payable to our colleague who will welcome you. For arrivals between 23:00 and 09:00, the only option is to use our taxi service. Please note that we can provide a baby cot but there is a one-off charge of €25. You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment! Air conditioning and heating are included in the booking. Please note that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:
- meer dan 30 dagen in de toekomst ligt - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie
Hoe huur je deze woning
Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.

- Voeg je ondersteunende documenten en betalingsgegevens toe om een potentiële betaling vooraf te autoriseren.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder je huuraanvraag accepteert, innen we de betaling om je verblijf te bevestigen. Als ze dat niet doen, annuleren we je betaling automatisch.
