This charming semi-detached house shares a leafy courtyard with a lovely alfresco dining area. Once a tiny 19th-century church (now deconsecrated), it sits in the heart of a small hilltop village, 400 meters above sea level. The village is a favourite among hikers and lovers of silence, known for its scenic trails and for being close to many interesting places - Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Poets' Gulf, Lerici, Tellaro and so on. Free parking is available about 400 meters away. The village is mostly pedestrian-only, with cobblestoned alleyways, steps and stairways — not ideal for heavy grocery hauls, but there’s a small local shop on the main piazza for daily essentials. The house is in good condition: fully restored and refurbished 15 years ago, and still lovingly maintained. It comes furnished and includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and cutlery. The sleeping area sits on a shatterproof glass mezzanine, offering two distinct zones: one with a king-size bed, the other with two singles – cozy, simple, and filled with quiet light. Below, the living space features authentic reclaimed 19th-century cement tiles, carefully chosen to reflect the spirit of the original building. Fresh linens (bedding and towels) are provided twice a month, free of charge...
