Unfortunately, my semester abroad is coming to an end at the end of June, so I am advertising my room in a shared flat in Trento. I am only looking for people who would take over the room from 01.07.25! The 17-square-meter room is fully furnished. It is located in a beautiful, fully equipped, four-person shared apartment. The flat is in the Le Albere neighborhood, right next to a green park. A large Conad supermarket is only a minute away, and the university and city center are about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The apartment is on the third floor, and it has two large balconies and a spacious living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Water, internet, electricity, and gas are included in the rent. The building also has an elevator. The room includes a blanket, two pillows, matching bedding (sheets and covers), and a large clothes horse. I will leave all these items in the room for a discount of €50. The apartment is managed by the property management company Joivy ((hidden)), which will handle all further contact (apart from the €50 deposit). Please note that you must sign a 12-month contract with Joivy. However, you have the option of proposing a new tenant beforehand, as I am doing now. My costs are as follows: €585 monthly rent €500 reservation fee The deposit is 670 euros (although it is actually 1,170 euros, which will be offset against the reservation fee). The administrative check-in fee is 225 euros. €225 check-out fee The €1,170 deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract period, provided that nothing has been damaged.
