ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable) The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract: - From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain] - From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]. - From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in) BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys. EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance) If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Als u annuleert:
- Binnen 24 uur na de bevestiging - volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.

Je krijgt gegarandeerd een stressvrije verhuizing, of je krijgt je geld terug.
Als de verhuurder op het laatste moment annuleert of de verhuizing uitstelt, krijg je hulp bij het vinden van een andere woning of een voorlopig verblijf in een hotel.
Als er iets mis gaat met je huur, helpen wij je graag om het recht te zetten.
Je betaling is in goede handen totdat je verhuist. Als de woning niet overeenkomt met de beschrijving, krijg je je geld terug.
