It has a nice equipped kitchen, washing machine, safe, living room, study, bathroom, and double bedroom. 🚪 Guest access We will warmly welcome you upon your arrival, where you will have the entire apartment exclusively for you. 📝 Other things to note You can reach the main attractions on foot, but if you want, the area is very well connected. Nearby you will find the Metro Ottaviano stop and tram and bus terminus that will take you all over Rome, in need. Internet and water are included, while gas and electricity are included in the monthly rent up to 150 euros a month. If consumption exceeds this amount, the difference will be charged to you.
