Room: Your beautiful room is part of a 104 sqm apartment. There are a total of three bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and bathub, a kitchen, a living-dining room and a hallway. The room has three large windows, a parquet floor and a balcony. All three windows make the room very bright. The apartment has been completely renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (cooler & freezer), dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is in the kitchen and can of course be used. Your room has a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160x200 cm), 1 wardrobe and 1 desk with chair and a table lamp. We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, internet, heating, electricity and water. There are therefore no additional costs for you. CoLiving flat life: Your roommates would be: Orlando (24)- currently enrolled at TUM. Julia (24) - working at BMW. We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not obligatory. Location: very quiet, urban area, in the center of Schwabing. Shopping facilities 5 minutes walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), two minutes walk to the subway (U2/U3-Scheidplatz / Münchner Freiheit), and from there about 7 minutes to the city center or 8 minutes to the main train station. Parking spaces are right outside the front door, and there is also a bicycle cellar. U2/U3-Scheidplatz / Münchner Freiheit are very close by. The English Garden is about 5 minutes walk away...
