Strikte annulering
Bij deze woning gelden de volgende annuleringsvoorwaarden:
- Binnen 24 uur na de bevestiging - volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- Meer dan 24 uur na de bevestiging - Geen restitutie
Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Neem contact op met de verhuurder door op de contactknop te klikken.
- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder akkoord gaat en de betaling is voltooid, heb je de woning succesvol geboekt.
Een bezichtiging is via HousingAnywhere niet nodig! Want:
- Alle woningen op HousingAnywhere zijn voorzien van foto's en een duidelijke beschrijving. Als iets niet duidelijk is, kun je eenvoudig contact opnemen met de verhuurder.
- Zonder bezichtigingen heeft iedereen evenveel kans, of je nou al in de buurt bent of nog van ver moet komen.
- HousingAnywhere zorgt ervoor dat de woning is zoals geadverteerd, door pas geld naar de verhuurder te sturen nadat je er succesvol bent ingetrokken.
