Bonfim is a cosmopolitan and vibrant area of Porto, characterized by its numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it is very close to the city center! Please note that street parking is limited. The large windows flood the space with natural light, warming the atmosphere and making it even more inviting. This appeal is complemented by modern and minimalist decor, punctuated with vibrant color elements. A custom-made piece of furniture perfectly separates the living and sleeping areas of the apartment, providing storage space to keep all your belongings organized. - Living Area Featuring an elegant sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning, it is complemented by a dining table for 4 people. - Kitchenette Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Krups espresso machine (coffee not included), and washing and dishwasher machines. - Bedroom Consists of a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and a spacious wardrobe. A sliding door separates this area from the apartment's entrance hall. However, note that the communication to the living room is open (next to the windows). - Bathroom The apartment features an elegant and sober bathroom with a shower. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
