The room is lockable and has direct access to the terrace. 📏 The apartment: The apartment is 150 sqm and has seven rooms, making it easy to make friends and explore the beautiful city. It is located on the top floor and has a large terrace available to all residents. There is a shared area with a small kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a separate toilet with a sink. In addition, a washing machine and a dryer are available to our residents. 📍 Location: The house is located in Vienna’s 4th district, and due to its central location, it is a dream place for students, especially exchange students. The location of the house is particularly attractive: it is near the main train station. Excellent infrastructure due to the very short distance to the main train station, with various public transport lines and numerous everyday shops. There is also a supermarket inside the train station that is open on Sundays. All grocery stores like Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa are just a few minutes from the apartment, as well as various cafés and restaurants. 🧼 Cleaning: Every week, our cleaning staff cleans the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and hallways to ensure that the apartment stays clean and tidy. 📋 Rules: No shoes in the apartment.
