The main living room is very spacious, with modern furniture purchased from Ikea and an outdoor balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped: it has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a room for the washing machine. The room is single, very quiet, ideal for students. It is fully furnished and has modern furniture. It includes a 105 x 190 cm bed, bedside table, desk, large wardrobe, chair, bookshelf and study lamp. The price of the room includes the community and water charges. However, electricity bills, Wi-Fi, natural gas and Internet connection and installation will be paid separately by all tenants. The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law. Only 8 minutes walk from the train station with connection to the Rabanales Campus; about 4 minutes walk from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; about 25 minutes from the Faculty of Law; 10 minutes to the city centre, and 50 metres from the main bus stops...
