Thanks to quality windows, the room is well soundproofed. To the right of the entryway is the bathroom, equipped with a shower, a window, and a washing machine. Air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. Please note, while an elevator is available, it stops at a different floor, so one short flight of stairs is required to reach the apartment.
