Cost of conodminium and garbage taxes included. Consumes excluded as specified: WIFI unlimited, water, electricity, heating and gas for cooking. For long term rent (more than 1 year), 2 months are requested as deposit and cost of registration around 150 euro. The area is very close to the University, just 10 minutes by walk and to the Two Towers, just 20 minutes walk. Close to the central railway station, only 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by bus, the bus stop is just in front of the entrance of the building. close also to the Virgin Active Fitness club. Very close to all amenities, bars, tobaccos, banks, supermarkets, groceries, postal office etc. For 5 months rent or less, the monthly rent is 750 euro. For more than 5 months the monthly rent is 700 euro all included. For final cleaning of the room 100 euro are always requested. 50 euro are requested at your arrival for sheets and towels for the hole period. Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
