We offer you a 'ready to move in' room, we provide a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: DOUB bed, bed linen, towels, closets for your belongings, study/work area, view of the inner courtyard and private bathroom with shower. Terms and conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 50€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is 24$ per week for 2 hours. In our company, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to offer fast and efficient service through our professional team. Bij deze woning gelden de volgende annuleringsvoorwaarden:
- Binnen 24 uur na de bevestiging - volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- Meer dan 24 uur na de bevestiging - Geen restitutie
Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Neem contact op met de verhuurder door op de contactknop te klikken.
- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder akkoord gaat en de betaling is voltooid, heb je de woning succesvol geboekt.
