The variety of shopping opportunities (REWE, BioCompany, DM, ...), gastronomy and entertainment can hardly be topped. Regarding the transport connections, it is approx. 5 mn on foot to the Nordbahnhof (S 1/2/25/26), nine mn to the underground station Naturkundemuseum (U 6), and nine mn to the underground station Rosenthaler Platz (U 8). The stops for tram lines 12 and M8 and the bus line N40 are practically on the doorstep (Pappelplatz).
