Possibility to have also bed linen, towels and/or bicycle(s). Basically you can just bring your suitcase and start living. Ask for a more detailed list of the items included. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want/need. ✨COSTS NOTE! The rent depends on the rental period and how many persons are moving in. Please, inquire the rent for a period you would need and/or for two persons, thank you. 🔹listing price 920 e/month is for six months or longer from December/January onwards 🔹Inquire the rent for a period less than six months from December/January onwards and/or for two persons, thank you. Water + electricity (+ Wi-Fi if you want) are all ready to use when you move in. Utility fee for water and electricity is 75 e/month and it is paid monthly on top of the rent. The Wi-Fi costs depend on how fast Wi-Fi you want. Nothing works with gas. Central heating + waste management + warm bike storage spaces + separate drying rooms with heaters for washed laundry are also all included. Refundable security deposit is EITHER 1290 e (six months or less) OR 2 x the monthly costs (longer than six months). Security deposit is paid via Housing Anywhere before the move-in day. Ask for a possibility to use the sauna in the building and/or rent a car parking space (costs extra).
