The apartment is on the second floor in a very friendly neighborhood. It is close to both universities and is in walking distance from downtown Reykjavík as well as bus station and shopping mall. There is high-speed internet (Wifi) at the apartment, and it is included in the rent. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance from Kringlan (15-18 minutes walking) which is Iceland's second biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores. In Kringlan there is also Bónus which is Iceland’s cheapest supermarket. Suðurver is only 8 minutes away and there is a small supermarket and a bakery. There is also another smaller supermarket (Sunnubúð) which is 4 minutes away. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, airfrier, microwave, fridge, freezer, heating cattle , coffee machine and all the necessities you need. Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
