The interior is cozy with modern furniture (sitting, dining and sleeping area) and many handy cupboards and wardrobe. The bed and mattress (1.4 x 2m) are new. The sitting area has a 2-seater sofa and an armchair, with 2 coffee tables, and cozy lighting. The lighting of the studio is dimmable in different zones. The kitchen is well equipped with recent appliances, including a large refrigerator with spacious freezer, dishwasher, combi micro-oven, 4-burner gas stove. The necessary pots, pans, plates and cutlery are available. The bathroom has recently been renovated and has a spacious shower, a double sink and several cupboards. There is also a recent washing machine and dryer. The studio is heated with independent gas central heating. The meters for the mains, electricity, gas and water are also completely independent for the studio. There is also WIFI and mobile air conditioning available in the studio.
