There are two access doors to the flat. The first one leads to the social area of the flat, divided between the living room, the dining room, and an office area, and completed by a guest toilet. All of this is presided over by a spectacular terrace, through which a lot of natural light enters. The second entrance, a former service door, leads to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with large and small electrical appliances, as well as a wide variety of kitchenware. From here you can access one of the bedrooms, which has a single bed with a chest of drawers and its own ensuite bathroom, giving it full autonomy and independence. The rest of the bedrooms are located in the private area of the property. Two of them have double beds (150 x 200 cm) and share a bathroom. The master bedroom also has a double bed (200 x 200 cm), as well as a dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Its location is another highlight. Next to the famous Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the flat is surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants, and shops, which make day-to-day life easier without the need for long journeys.
