The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It consists of a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, and access to the balcony. In the same space, there is a fully-equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The hallway with a closet leads to the bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, iron, air conditioning in the living room, and heating will be at guests' complete disposal. *Please note that, for the 3rd and the 4th guest, an extra fee of 300€ per person per month applies.
