The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team. - Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place....
